Introduction

                Department of Cooperation, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh with help of National Informatics Centre, Bhopal has implemented M.P. State Co-operative Portal where approximate 50,000+ Cooperative societies are registered. M.P. State Co-operative Portal is 24x7 accessible, in-house web applications which is hosted in NIC Data Centre. This web application is single IT platform for all the G2C, G2G & G2E Services of the Co-operative Department. It is the first initiative of cooperative sector in the country, single IT delivery platform for all services, 24x7 Availability, Unicode Compliant/SMS Alerts, work Flow based systems, secured Logins (Data Entry/ Approvals) and role based functionality. Department has 51 District Cooperative offices, 51 Assistant Registrar (Audit) offices, 10 divisional offices and head office operational in Madhya Pradesh. Online System has separate logins for each office.

Objectives & Goals

                The initial application was developed in 2012 with some basic automation of department routine works and then time to time numbers of services are increased on this portal
The objective of the department is to automate works related to various division/district offices, cooperative societies, cooperative union and members of the societies with the use of Information Technology, brings the services get onboarded on this web application. Hence, this web application is the single platform where department wants to carry out various automation and offer the online services to various stakeholders.
